All orders are packed with care in our Melbourne studio and typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Personalised or branded items may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
Each Di Lusso gift is carefully packed and dispatched from our Melbourne studio with the utmost attention to detail and presentation. Standard Shipping (Australia-wide) is $15 and arrives in 2–8 business days. Express Shipping is available from $20 and typically arrives within 1–4 business days. Metro Melbourne Next-Day Delivery is available for $20 (dispatch times still apply). Shipping is charged per box to ensure the safe and premium delivery of every curated gift.

Bulk Orders
Ordering 10 boxes or more? Contact us and we may be able to organise bulk-rate shipping — particularly within Metro Melbourne, where pricing may be reduced depending on volume and delivery zones.
Multiple Addresses
Sending to multiple addresses? Let us take the admin off your hands. Reach out and we’ll provide a bulk order form to collect all recipient details. We’ll handle the logistics — so your gifts arrive beautifully, wherever they need to go.

Personalised or branded items may take an additional 1–2 business days to process. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your gift’s journey in real time.
