What products can be custom branded?
We offer branding on selected products including candles, chopping boards, ribbon, gift boxes, cards, and more. If you have something specific in mind, just ask — we love a creative brief.
Can I add my company logo to a gift box or product?
Absolutely. We can brand your packaging and/or select products with your logo — including vinyl sticker, etched finishes, and custom cards. Simply email your logo to info@dilussogifting.com.au to confirm compatibility.
What file format should I send my logo in?
Please send your logo in a vector format (EPS, AI, or SVG). High-resolution PNGs and PDFs may also be acceptable for some applications.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom branded gifts?
There’s no minimum for our preset gift boxes with minor swaps or alterations. However, if you’d like products specifically sourced or fully custom branded, minimums do apply. These typically start from 10 units per product or box, depending on the branding type. We’ll confirm the exact minimums during your personalised proposal.
How long does it take to receive branded gift boxes?
As a general guide, please allow up to 1 week from artwork approval to dispatch. Timeframes may vary depending on order quantity and whether items are being individually sourced. Di Lusso does offer express turnaround options upon request. Specific timelines will be confirmed during your proposal.
Can I customise what goes inside each box?
Yes, all branded boxes are tailored to your preferences, quantity, and budget. We’ll guide you through product options and create a cohesive, elevated gifting experience.
Can you organise delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can coordinate Australia-wide delivery to multiple recipients, whether it’s a bulk corporate drop or individual mail-outs.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — volume-based pricing is available depending on order size and product selections. We’ll include this in your personalised proposal.
Do you offer a mock-up or preview before confirming the order?
We provide digital previews and/or photographs of your custom box layout before production. This ensures you're confident in the final design.
What is your payment process for corporate orders?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll issue a formal invoice. Payment is required prior to production unless you’re on an approved account.
