What are your delivery timeframes for gifts?
Orders containing our pre-made gift sets are typically processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise specified. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Can gifts be shipped with express delivery?
Yes, express shipping is available Australia-wide and can be selected at checkout. For time-sensitive orders, we can arrange express dispatch upon request. Next-day delivery is available within Metro Melbourne when pre-arranged — simply email us at info@dilussogifting.com.au to confirm availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this stage. Di Lusso Gifting currently ships within Australia only.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your gift has been dispatched. If you haven’t received it or need assistance, please get in touch and we’ll resend it promptly.
Can I send gifts to PO Boxes?
Our courier partners do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is essential, please contact us — we may be able to arrange delivery via Australia Post as an alternative.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Absolutely. For bulk gifting across multiple addresses, please contact us via our Contact Form or email info@dilussogifting.com.au, and we’ll coordinate the delivery logistics for you.
How are gifts sent?
All gifts are carefully packed in Di Lusso’s signature packaging and dispatched via our trusted courier partners. Every parcel is fully trackable and presented with the elevated finish our brand is known for.
What are your delivery policies?
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives safely and on time. While we use reliable third-party couriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If they do, our team is here to help track your parcel and resolve any issues — your experience remains our priority.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or suitable resolution to ensure the best possible outcome.
Which suburbs are not included in next-day delivery (if requested)?
Next-day delivery is available for select Melbourne metro postcodes when express dispatch is pre-arranged. Regional and interstate orders can also request express dispatch by contacting info@dilussogifting.com.au, however standard express delivery timeframes will apply as determined by our courier partners.
